Meet in Person
The first step, will be to meet in person with the owner and the executive chef, to understand your needs desires. Each restaurant is different in concept and style & the dessert menu should reflect that. I want to understand the Executive Chef's Style to match it flawlessly.
Custom Menu
A custom menu will be created for your establishment and presented. Upon agreement of the menu, a contract will be issued and the fun can start!
Teach your Staff
I will spend 2 weeks in your establishment teaching and training your staff to make all the dishes. I will also be there thru the launch of the menu ensuring a seamless transition. You will also receive typed recipes with instructions for your staff to use after I leave.
